Aston Villa outplay Manchester City

Unai Emery's Aston Villa earned a well-deserved 1-0 win over Manchester City this Wednesday, securing their 14th home league win.  

Aston Villa outplayed Pep Guardiola's side, placing them above the reigning champions and into third place in the Premier League table. 

Manchester City were not only beat in the final result, but also in the amount of shots during the game, with Villa accomplishing 22 shots in comparison to City's two shots.

Leon Bailey was the only goalscorer of the game, after his deflected shot beat keeper Ederson.

This is Manchester City's 4th game in a row without a victory.
